Instant Crashing on Start up

When I am launching the game, it will go through the loading screens for around 10 seconds and then just freeze, and I get a windows notification saying application has frozen

I have tried:
launching as administrator
deleting cache and restarting
re-installing the game multiple times
locking my fps to 60 via nVidia control panel

I have raised a ticket with Sega however no solution as of yet...

Has anyone else had this? And if so did you find a solution?

Hi Ryan, i have tried all the things you mentioned, no joy, I'm on windows 11 ... says not supported , Seems strange though that all previous FM's run ok. I think Sega have made a major balls up, i'm just gonna wait and see if the dev's come up with a solution, by the way Steam will not offer a refund .

Such a shame... I currently have a long running support ticket with SEGA, so if I do find a fix I'll keep you in the loop, would be appreciated if you could let me know if you find one too :)

You can create a support ticket of your own if you haven't already. Different solutions may work for different computer set-ups after all. The link is below:

cannot create a support ticket, i get the "awe snap, something went wrong" every time.

Yep. Mine neither. Tried over 10 solutions from the support but still not working

yes you're not wrong mate, i have been trying various procedures.... nothing , still says not supported. I have come to the conclusion that the dev's haven't the foggiest idea what to do.

I have now completed 'all possible troubleshooting steps' and they have recommended that I install a fresh operating system as they have it down to a hardware fault, when absolutely everything else works perfectly...

It's clearly a software issue

Yeah, all my games run without a hitch too, they made some ♥♥♥♥ up and don't want to admit it. It will stay uninstalled for the near future, just a shame steam won't offer a refund.just by chance did you download the early release two weeks or so before the actual game was due out ? i did and that wouldn't launch either, i was wondering if the two are conflicting , just a thought ?

No I didn't, I only bought the full release, but I guess that proves that they aren't conflicting I guess
