Game keeps crashing

This is now my fifth FM and I play around 1000 hours a year. This year I've had massive problems with the game since November 10th, the game keeps crashing (either when starting or when shutting down). I've tried everything possible and nothing helps. It's not my system's fault; it easily meets the recommended requirements. I've probably already uninstalled and installed it 5 times. I'm really starting to get fed up. Strangely, the beta ran without any problems. Does anyone have an idea what I can do?
