Player promises

Am i the only one who is getting the issue of players getting upset at game time/ position/ other despite fulfilling their promise for game time or playing them in a certain position.

I had Kephren Thuram and Lavia both complain of not playing in their preferred position despite playing as Mezalla on attack and ball winning midfielder almost all season.

Another example was Yasser Asprilla going on loan to celtic with the promise of becoming a regular starter if he gets a avrg rating of 7 which he got. When he came back at the end of the season and fulfilled i talked to him on how he achieved this but then he came back angry that im not fulfilling his game time request after the season was over.

I generally won't sign a player that wants promises. They tie your hands too much imo. I'll usually put someone up on the transfer list when they demand promises and won't take no for an answer. The exception might be a striker, goalie or defender that demands to play in the role/position that I use.

I personally think that this adds nothing to the game and only detracts from it. I would rather they just remove some of these interactions that don't make sense.
