how to find players on loan for free in non-leagues

As in the title how can I search for players that will be available on loan but without any costs from my side?I always seem to encounter players on loan where you have to pay at least a % of their wage...is there a way to filter this criteria?

I usually just scout the stronger teams in the division above me and look for players that are listed for loan.

Yes.

Go to their squad > All players and see who is listed for loan. Scout the positions/players you need/want.

I haven't been playing for a few years and I cannot wrap my head around how to look for players. There used to be a general search engine where you could say "look for all players without a contract in the world". Now you can't do that anymore apparently, and you have to send scouts around. Maybe it is more realistic? But not fun at all, as I started in the lowest Scottish division, we have zero resources, zero money and very few and bad scouts and basically I can't even buy random players as I can't fathom a way to find them before the scouts present a report.

in the player search, scounting screen, change your scouting package at top for a month to uk and ireland or leagues in your country, more players will show up. Be careful of your money though.

Check if you have a senior affiliate. If not see if you can get one...or two.

This is a good tip. You can often get players you wouldn't normally be able to get with a Senior affiliate,

As a Vanarama North team I was excited to get Hull as a senior affiliate... 2 promotions later I'm yet to get a free loan... they always ask me to pay full wages! So frustrating!
