Save Staff responsibilities

Already in past versions of FM, I have the frustration to check and update the staff responsibilities at each new club that I train.
Please could you save my preferences on each responsabilities tables and apply them for all club that I take in the future ?
Same enquiry in particular situation, for example if I don't have the right staff when I start but I hire a trainer assistant -> he keeps automitacally the preferences that I choose before and put the new staff on right places following my preference choices. A confirmation could be asked if I want or not...
