Contract after contract after contract

In FM23 there was many issues with too many players requesting contracts, many who had only just signed for the club or signed new contracts 6 months ago.
They couldn't be arsed to fix this along with most of the other issues with FM23 but in 24 it's even worse.
Almost my entire first team want new contracts every year, it's so frustrating, why can't they just fix the basic stuff????

ive had this happen too especially when doing better than expected and promoting to higher division

It happen to me especially player that are getting like 50.000k 100.000k and all the new player I buy get 1m 1.5m they feel they need a raise
Or when we get promoted in series A when the average salary total is 50-100M overall and my team is 19-22M they start complaining

You can say no to some and some (the one that have the smaller salary) are impossible to refuse
But in a way it makes sense imagine a serie A player playing often and getting 100k a year we don’t know what happen in real soccer management but I doubt he won’t complain to get a raise

Sometimes my best solution is give them a raise but instead of immediate is by the end of the year

I was manager of Chelsea and saw one of the player earning £350,000 a week and I have shipped him out ! I am not having any player earning more £300,000 a week !

You need have own Rules on Limited of Wages is and if their demand is too high then shipped them out and find someone who is good and try get them low wages if you can

It was brutal in beta, I'm assuming nothing was done to fix it.

I took Hamburger SV to the Bundesliga and everyone wanted a new contract, even though several players were on long term contracts. After finishing the next season in the Bundesliga, several players wanted new contracts after just signing a new contract.

Basically in FM 2024 players can decide to rip up their old contract and ask for a new one after less than year. It's beyond stupid but it's also apparent that they have no intentions of changing anything based on the feedback we got on the official forums.
