Report a translation problem
Follow this step by step
1-Browse to your Steam installation (Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\)
2-Right click on Steam.exe (or bin\steamwebhelper.exe), choose Properties
3-Click on the Compatibility tab
4-Uncheck any boxes that are checked, and click Apply
5-Then, click the "Change settings for all users" button
6-Again, make sure none of these boxes are checked, and click Ok
7-Click Ok to close any open dialog boxes.
8-Double click on Steam.exe to launch Steam.
9-Re-test the issue.
Were you having any issues with other Steam games and so this was an issue with Steam itself?
I didin't have any problem with others games from steam
Windows 10. Any further ideas?
But what you did in your steps above has nothing to do with FM (game) but with Steam.
Developer made it clear that Windows 10 supported, not Windows 8. Good luck to tech support!
