It is unbelievable to have 8 Players out at begin of the Season!

Wish there is Injury Mod to reduce bit thought

Do you seriously do this for all players after all matches? That is so much work ... not fun at all.
If you don’t want to do that put half intensity on the greenish full intensity in the green and no train on yellow orange and red and leave in automatic

Is not as good as checking medical after every match but is the closest best call if you keep it in automatic

And in the training schedule never use more than 2 slot per day

And rotate player if the day of the match the player have very high chance of injury if possible play the reserve

No its quite quick and simple, annoying because its a few clicks more per week. All you do is
from your home page after a match, click training > rest > sort by injury risk > hold LMB select all high risk > change to half intensity. You can do it all in below 10 seconds easy. Just annoying as i say.
The goal keepers getting injuries can be ridiculous at times if you get bad RnG. If they are insistent on it, they should probably include bad luck protection so you don't lose several goalies to long term injuries at the same time.
They decreased the chance allready.
In training "recovery" after every match is helpful, I always do day brefore match - Match Preview, rest and day after match recovery, match review, rest. If i have more then one match per week, training is lighter also recovery and rest between matches is important. Rotate if player is not in good fitness, sometime risk.
High tactic intensity during whole match and high training intesity will provoke injuries.
In your TRANING option go to REST TAB at top, and then at the top where it has TRAINING INTENSITY SCHEDULE change the DEFAULT settings to the following starting from the LEFT:

NO PITCH OR GYM WORK == HALF INTENSITY == HALF INTENSITY == NORMAL INTENSITY == DOUBLE INTENSITY

Once you do this you will find after say about 1-2 weeks your injuries will drop off, mine was atrocious before this 6 to 7 of my first pick players always had long term injuries ranging from a month to 6 months after i change to this schedule i had maybe 1 or 2 long term injuries for the entire year ranging from 1 to 3 months and the minor injuries were always like little injuries of 1 to 3 days.

Also keeps players in peak condition for games.

If you put them on half for a few days after a game, you can whack em on double for rest of week, works fine for me.
i always keep the No.1 injuries rank in the league:steamfacepalm:
I rotate, I try not to play with players at risk of injury and I use u-19 players and they still get injured, but no matter what, the game is so easy that I still win.

Well like i said it WORKS BRILLIANTLY FOR ME my players are fully fit and ready to go at peak condition for each game and my injuries are virtually non existent now and i use what i stated ALL YEAR WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. But if what you do works for you great everyone has their own ideas that work for them i suppose just putting my "fix" to the injury problem that works for me and hopefully works for others having the INJURY PROBLEMS :)
I don’t know how realistic would be force the all team train double all year long is this game about realism or not check how many real football team keep that type of regime of training without dieing half way the year

I feel people want realism but they are the first to exploit every possible not realistic tactic that give them advantage

it is a GAME. I just want an enjoyable game i do not need for this to be a simulation of real life otherwise WHAT IS NEXT WE HAVE TO SETUP THEIR DIET!!!! Jeez sometimes a game can become too realistic which then destroys the gaming experience. treat it for what it is a GAME and a mighty good one :)
