There are some troubleshooting steps outlined here which may help. Some won't be as relevant given its only just started in the last 24 hours but it's worth trying them and if they don't work open a support ticket.

Thanks for the tips. The only think that worked for me was setting my FPS to 60, changing the graphics options down didn't change anything. The problem now is that there is significant screen tearing all the time. Is there anyway to fix this?
The only fix for me was to disable gsync. Still during every replay and ONLY replay the game chugs like crazy. To think I have a 13900k and a 4080 and the game has graphics from 2005.
I don't mean to sound like im entitled but its unacceptable. This year I also get crash after crash after crash. Never had a crash in FM ever. It never crashed in the BETA.
I have logged a ticket to SEGA but this is a mess. How are people even saying this is the best FM ever? To me it's the worst in decades but I am giving SI a chance at sorting out the crashes.
My pc is basically brand new, it was newly formatted, so don't say it's my pc.
This is exactly whats happening since I limited FPS to 60, I gained smooth frames back whilst navigating the game but now severe tearing in the match engine graphics. Eagerly awaiting a fix.
