The technical director negotiates contracts alone !

Indeed, I have the authority to negotiate contracts, but the Technical Director offers contracts to my players without asking my opinion. This is very problematic...

it will do it only if you automate it in the staff responsibilities there is a the folder transfer and contracts has 3 folder (you may have not notice it) the second folder is the contracts
if you have delegate contract to Technical director he will do it for you if you get ownership of that category he won't.

it's not problematic it works as intended you just don't know how it works. Hope it helps.

Thanks for your return. On the other hand, I know the principle of delegation of tasks and I control them all with regard to contract negotiations. Hence my question on this subject...

if it happened when you had control you should submit a bug to the site It never happened to me after i toke charge of the contracts.
