Can't sign my own Youth Intake

I'm playing with a few Friends a Multiplayer save... I'm at Real Madrid. I have roughly 80 Million Euro available for Wage. (Yearly) And it is IMPOSSIBLE to sign my Youth Intake.

I can't give out a Contract to my Youth Players with 400-1Mil Wages. Everything is marked Red and not available. The "highest" amount I was able to offer was 30k (which is Obviously nothing)

This bugs me super hard because I have a really good Intake.

Possible Reason I can think off is, that I'm in the Reds Money wise, but even then, It should work, cuz I can actually offer my Main Players new Contracts.
It only applys to my Youth Players (I dont have the save available since one of my friend is hosting it)

Anybody else encountering this?

There's a wage limit according to the agreed playing time. You can give a star Player much more money than a breakthrough prospect or whatever. Also why are you even handling the youth intake negotiations? You just decide if he should be given a contract or not, everything else is handled automatically. And why would you even give a 15yr old 1 Million wage in the first place? That is not happening anywhere in the world not even at Real Madrid.

The thing is, the Prospects gain Playing time similiar to any of my Young Talents, and my Young talents all earn between 500k-2million with the same playing time.

The reason why I handle it myself is to ensure good release clauses (due to spain forcing them) and not have a 5mil clause for my best talent and lose them randomly.

Also I have my reason to pay them that much. (In the end that is my own style and im happy with it)

Then set the 15yr old to squad player and give him big money. I don't know why you would want to that though because not only you can reject the buy clause but also are very young players are extremely reluctant to move to another club. Especially if you are Real Madrid.

I can't deny the release clause cuz im in Spain. And you must have release clauses.
Also I tried giving him star player and it didnt change. There is definitely a Bug or anything that prevents me

I am having the exact same problem with Atletico Madrid; they want to cap salaries at 60k; while they ask for 120k.
I am trying to adjust budget, sell players but nothing works... and I have enough salary and transfer budget. Changing playing time does not increase cap.

imo you should be able to do whatever the heck you want, if it results in staying within budget and meeting seasonal expectations set by the board. It's extremely annoying when they stop you from doing something when you're getting promoted.

The Only Workaround I found (doesnt always work) is when you don't use the + and - buttons and manually type the values in.
(But as mentioned it doesnt always work) And if i dont Manually sign them, other clubs start making moves on them which is annoying as hell.
