Match lag

Up until this morning 10/11/23, I have experienced no problems with the game, this morning I have loaded up my save and I have lag on the match engine. I have checked all my system updates and they are up to date. I have tried many different settings and still I have lag on the match engine.
I have loaded up FM 23 and there are no issues with the match engine on that version, so I don't know if an update on the game may be a contributor to the lag or not?

I have the same exact issue. It's really weird. Last night it was fine, today its awful!

I have found the fix. Make sure your Frame-Rate setting is not set to automatic. For some reason that causes the game to lag.

i had to disable gsync and put "fixed refresh rate" to get rid of my sudden stuttering issues.

Now I am stuck with constant crashes.

I got this issue today aswell, game ran smoothly until today, some respite knowing others have got the same issue on the same day as me. Anyone with a fix or know if its a SI update needed?

Thanks for this, it is something that I have tried but unfortunately no luck

I tell a lie, I have switched from automatic to 60 frames which originally didnt work, but now I have tried lowering the graphic quality to high which has worked better, still not a 100% but manageable.
All seems very odd that this issue seem to appear over night. I do have a high spec computer so I know that the PC isnt the issue.

Not a good fix if you are running on a 120fps monitor as the higeohest fixed fps option is 60fps, before the update I was getting 114fps but at least the match engine ran smooth, very disappointing.
