Assistant Coach messing around

My assistant coach keeps changing my tactics at some of my games . He swith to Balanced , then Structured, then back to Balanced every minute or so. It seems to be a bug as I switched once more to my default Offsenive and it stopped it doing that around the 17th minute of the game. Has anyone spotted this? Of course , I have not delegated to him the tactics, only the opposite players part.

Thanks I'll try , but I'm not sure it was on, and affecting this aspect . I think the one I created was only modifying pace and save time options.
