take it slow a lot of task can be automated don't need to do everything yourself thats why you have a staff and the more you play the more you can take control over various aspects

hard to be so generic but if you have question once you start people will always answer on here or main forum best advice is just try nothing like making mistake and learning from them

Start with PSG.

Also, if you want to learn the game, then do not delegate anything to staff. That's just removing features, best way to learn is to use it.

It'll be a lot in the beginning, but see it as a crash course, once it's over you're ready.

pick 4 3 3 - press very attacking - profit

Na don’t do the easy cheat in general don’t listen fast he try to ruin all game le he plays doing always the path of less resistant no matter he hate 4-3-3 if is the easy win ticket he will do it for 20 year with not one change (in probably a week because he is like that)

Than come of the forum complain that the game is too easy or broken

I'd say give yourself high reputation (this is like playing on an easier difficulty) and choose a team with lower expectations that is on the rise. A team where the board don't set very high goals, something mid table or wanting to get top half so you can have some leeway/ room to overperform.

I would say play the team you really love ignore easy difficult and goal stuff that way you end up playing team you don’t care and get bored

Play your favorite team you know the player and stuff take it easy failure is fun and let the staff help you like it is actually in real life rather that micromanagement all that is extremely unrealistic

I prefer to play the team I like, a local hometown team, once I know the game well enough so I do well with them and don't feel disappointed, but depends what you prefer.
