All my outgoing loans are being rejected by my assistant?

I've got a lot of players on development list, and my assistant manager is auto-rejecting all loan offers even though they fit my requirements (regular starter)

I loathe loan managers. It's good to get a majority of players done. Then remove from dev list and do it yourself.

Ateast fm23 other club ai is weird when it comes to loans. It will only make a 0% squad player offer but you open offer set it to 100% and regular starter or higher and they accept.

No point loaning a player out to a club that will damage his development due to poor facilities or staff etc. If you have a good loan manager he will only allow the player to go to a club where he can improve.

Depends on purpose of loaning players out. Some situations you don't care about development you just care about playing time and getting eyes on him to sell off.

This is especially useful for players >27 if they sign as emergency backups and on free you can really turn nice profit on each one. They will accept loans. And if you get a bunch of them even more money.

You can but the ai starts with lower offers so if you set them there you miss out on a ton of offers
