Do Any of the Players With Settled Status Qualify for Work Permits in FM24?

I'm currently playing FM 2023 and none of the players that had settled status can get permits. They all seem to get denied.

Seems like a doomsday scenario. Do you guys think all these guys won't be able to get permits come January 1st ?

On a side note can you see how many points a player has accrued towards a work permit?
