The reason is because you ordered the non early access version, the normal version is only for 6th of November

i emailed them same question and reply was its the same stream code you will get the difference is, if you buy early access one you get it instantly as if you get no early access one - you get code on the 6th novenber

They may just be waiting for another wave of keys or something.

i had the same problem but i went on the email on my phone and clicked it through that instead and the code appeared so try that mate
