So excited to play the new entry in the series, but I'm curious whether there's going to be more Sunrider games or not.

As of now the only games we're planning to develop after Sunrider 4 are code named entries, these being 'Wonderland' and 'Victory'. These could be Sunrider related, it could also be that neither are or even just one of them - right now we're not making any further announcements on future works as we haven't even released this game yet.

Keep an eye on our social media channels and/or our Patreon for when we start to talk more about either of these projects.

I'm wondering about this too. Hopefully someone will tell us after finishing the game. It was clear at the end of Mask of Arcadius or Liberation Day that they are not final episodes, it's probably clear here too.

Well, in titles there was phrase "Victory is next", and developers develop game with a code name "Victory"... And V is the 5... So i think they will release another moe-experement, and return to the Sunrider ones more.

Makes sense. And this might be the final episode if it's named Victory. Hopefully it won't be 7 years between Sunrider episodes again.

As for other games released in between, if they are doing that, I wish they made something related to Sunrider, like Sunrider Academy. Or at least something more interesting than idols. Well, Wonderland does sound more interesting, but a code name doesn't have to be related to the content. And idols probably sell better...

Well again, in titles to LD CR was called something like "Rise fo new Ryuvia Empire", but looks like they completly changed direction of the game during development, so.... it will not be surprise if we will see Sunrider 6.

True. I don't mind Sunrider 6, in fact I would have even liked Sunrider 15. It's just that if it takes 7 years between episodes each time, people who played Mask of Arcadius close to its release date might be dead by the time the final episode is released...

Hmmm... I'm, in contrary, would like for Shields quite, peaceful life, but im not belive that he will deal with pact and with prototypes in one game. I think dude suffered enough.

Well, if you put it this way I think the same. What I meant is that despite some problems this series is great, and it will be sad when it's over. And there's enough potentially interesting things in it to make many episodes if you don't rush things and don't waste its potential.

I'm also not sure if he will be able to have a peaceful life after all this. Or if he would even want to have a peaceful life. Though I haven't played Captain's Return yet, maybe now peaceful life is all he wants.

So in the credits Victory is "announced"
So with this hint and the story, I seriously hope there will be a 5th and final installment.
In which we defeat space rusia, maybe change the space us and do not make ryuvia that great again and more like a space eu.
Most important....make good storys for all main characters as of now only our pseudo lesbian couple is on a good path.
Just hope its not soo long a wait, which is only filled with character stilts on patreon.

Im also rooting for the next Sunrider game and hope it wont be such a long wait this time around. As much as I enjoyed the Shining Song Starnova, personally I would always go for more Sunrider instead.
Also hoping for more interactions with the girls and more resolution to the ongoing relationships, in an ideal world the girls would have their routes as it was in Return or even Starnova, but I assume that would be too big an undertaking with the gameplay involved so maybe at least let us import choices and give some unique interactions with your chosen girl.

The story is going to be a banger no doubt, I just hope it will come sooner rather than later and hopefully longer and more robust, giving satisfying endings and more interactions. I love Sunrider, I just really want more of it.
