stuck on level 4
im up to the part with the broken tank, but i have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue what to do, it seems i have to do something with the tank but i cant :(

You have to shoot one of the walls a few times.

You can shoot through one of the windows of the houses. There you can blow up the door, get into the house, collect a repair kit and with that you can repair the tank. With the tank you shoot the left wall a few times.
