Shadow Warrior Unofficial Voxel Pack

As you know Shadow Warrior only had voxels for only the most important things in the games (weapons, keys, items, switches etc) the rest only had sprites. Well some awesome voxels designers of the late 90s/early 00s made some voxels for some of the other non-interactive elements of the game.

Using a special program I decided to extract all of them and let them available to anyone, while I created or modified the rest of them. Here´s pic of some of them (yes, they work on Shadow Warrior Redux , SWP, and now in Shadow Warrior Classic 1997):

In this update I included a Read Me text file with some credits and instructions about how to disable the voxels you don´t want while keeping the rest. (Corvin suggestion)

I included a specific folder for the voxelized enemy ninjas.
Unfortunaly the voxelized enemy ninjas don´t work well in SWP and the normal SW, however it functions nomarlly in Redux and VoidSW.


INSTALATION (SWP): Just copy and past the content of the folder to the folder where you have the sw.grp and SWP (I have both in the same folder)



INSTALATION (Redux): To install the pack on Shadow Warrior Redux (steam) just extract the content of folder in the gameroot folder:

Steam ---> SteamApps ---> common ---> Shadow Warrior Classic ---> gameroot (here´s where you extract the voxel pack)



INSTALATION (DOS - Shadow Warrior Classic 1997): To install the pack on Shadow Warrior Classic 1997 (DOS) just extract the content of folder in the gameroot folder:

Steam ---> SteamApps ---> common ---> Shadow Warrior Original ---> gameroot (here´s where you extract the voxel pack)


I included a README file so you can disable the voxels you don´t like.

Thanks to users Robman and Corvin I could modify the Voxel Pack so now it works in the Shadow Warrior Classic 1997, just follow the instructions below:

INSTALATION (DOS - Shadow Warrior Classic 1997): To install the pack on Shadow Warrior Redux (steam) just extract the content only from the "SW Voxel Pack Classic" folder in the gameroot folder:

Steam ---> SteamApps ---> common ---> Shadow Warrior Original ---> gameroot (here´s where you extract the voxel pack)

I need some help please.

The Unofficial Voxel Pack doesn't work for me.

I've extracted the files .kvx to this paht:

...\Shadow Warroir Classic Original\gameroot

Hi dudes, hahaha.

I don't know what version is my SW game, but it work when I extracted the .KVX files to the working directory of the game, where is the SW.exe file. That strange, but fine. haha.

I've used both packs, but neither worked for me.

Until I discovered the problem in the previous post.

Ouh! finally I used the redux version of the Voxel Pack.

Again, I don't know why my SW version work in other way of the SW Games listed here, but you know, the important thing is that it work, thats it!

This won't work with SWP. I extracted the .KVX files to the folder with SWP.exe and nothing changed. I only have the free DOSBOX version of Shadow Warrior Classic. Installing the voxels in that version's "gameroot" folder forced me to replace the "Modem.pck" file, but it worked. I don't know if I'm using the wrong settings in SWP.exe or if I'm just boned. Respond.
