can't see the settings menu

widescreen, can't see the main menu settings so I can't play the game. Can't see anything! Any way to open console to change the settings, or change resolution and video settings without being in game?

upd. So i managed somehow change resolution, but any above 720 goes out of the screen borders. But windowed mode somewhat helps a bit.

I found a solution (it work for now).

Next is Ctrl + C/V

Display incorrectly scaled/cut off when using Windows display scaling.

If the display scaling in Windows is set to something other than 100%, this game will not properly compensate for that as most games do.

Enable scaling override for game executable

1. Go to <path-to-game>\bin.
2. Right-click on sw.exe and select "Properties".
3.Click "Change high DPI settings" button.
4. Check "Override high DPI scaling" checkbox. Ensure dropdown is set to "Application".
5. Hit "OK" to save changes.
