This game runs really badly for me
I have nasty input lag in the mouse and the screen just looks weird. It's all jittery and strange. I don't have v-sync enabled, I've tried different max framerates in the in-game menu. Any advice? Thanks

Edit: Oh and my system should be more than good enough to handle it. GTX 1060 Max Q 6GB and an i5 7300HQ.

Try capping the FPS to your refresh rate with an external program like Nvidia Inspector and Disable Vsync in-game and instead force both Vsync and triple buffering in Nvidia Inspector.

Also if you use some monitoring software, see what your CPU and GPU usage is, when playing via it's OSD in real-time. Try RivaTuner Statistics Server (which can also use to cap the FPS too), If you have high CPU usage and Low GPU usage there is a likelihood your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU. I'm not sure how Pascal GPU's are with i5's (even the later generations), but it could be the root cause of your issue and worth a look-see. How do your other games perform in comparison (other games, both equal in spec with Shadow Warrior Classic Redux, and newer games)? Are your GPU and/or GPU overclocked?

Try entering your specs into this site and it will calculate if and where you have any bottlenecks. It also detects if your HDD/SSD or RAM are bottlenecking your rig, not just CPU/GPU combos.

This site told me I even have a bottleneck with my AIO cooled 4.0Ghz i7-4790k (4 Physical Cores, 8 threads) OC'd by 10% to 4.4Ghz + AIO cooled GTX1080 (Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming GTX1080 Waterforce Rev 2) OC'd to 125% combo even when the boffins at Toms Hardware claimed no bottleneck issues, and many new games run at constant or near-constant 120FPS @1080p for me. It recommends me to get a 8-12 (physical) Core Xeon (16-24 threads), to match my 125% OC'd GTX1080. So if you have any issues it will suggest the optimal upgrades required to eliminate all bottlenecks. The problem for me is I can not afford to get these upgrades as to get a Xeon I'd need a new MoBo and RAM to match it. However it says when I don't OC my GTX 1080 I only get a 4% bottleneck, instead of an 11%, and it claims my CPU and GPU will work great together so that's a relief! So, in theory, I would get better performance without an OC on my GPU. I will put that theory to the test!

I hope this info helps.

Same thing for me, does above hint helps anyone?

I read that the game has deadzone on mouse so if you don't do big enough moves the cursor wont move at all on the screen... I just tried playing this again and its outright unenjoyable.

I used this guide to fix the framerate issues, which it did for me. Only problem is that it requires software that you have to pay for on Steam (at least to my knowledge anyway).

Although I did find it better to switch the V-Sync off, and set the framerate to whatever I'm using to view the game on.

Playing in a window got rid of most of the jittery movement for me.
