Those invisible mine sprites can be a bit of a pain in the ass. There is a sound cue and you can try and use the grenade launcher to blow them up with splash damage by guessing their locations based on sound, but still. Thankfully it's just one level in the second expansion.

This might be the the best way to play SW. I wouldn't call it broken.
I tried this briefly but had crackling audio issues.

Blood: Fresh Supply is the only one I actually have no issues with. Play that.
Blood FS is not great and has many problems. I would recommend the free nBlood that uses bloods games files.
