How to run GRP files with Shadow Warrior Classic Redux?

Normally you'd make a .bat file with "@echo off sw.exe -modfile.grp" To run the game with the mod file. But it appears that the replacement .exe file "swcr.exe" does not recognize the command line and brings up the launcher letting you pick between base game, Wanton Destruction and Twin Dragon.

No instructions currently exist to detail how to correctly run .grp files with SWCR, so I am coming here to ask for help.

Instead of using a bat file, you can use Launch Options. Right click the game in your library and select Properties and you will find the option.
