Brutal Duke?

So I recently found out about the Brutal Doom mod and I love it (with the exception that aiming down the sight works like an on/off switch) and I was wondering if there was anything like that for Duke 3D or at least for some gore.

In Duke Xtreme there were tons of different things about the game you could alter through a menu, one of them being that ridiculous amounts of blood and gibs would fly out of enemies every time you shot them. You could also replace the water from water fountains and destroyed fire hydrants with blood.

I think there was a mod called "SDuke" or something like that, when you blown aliens their gibs would remain on the floor and their heads were "kickable" xD i'm gonna try to find that again but it's old ...
EDIT : SD Duke not SDuke xD http://dukertcm.com/knowledge-base/reviews-mod-eduke32/sd-duke.html i didn't remember that it absolutely needs HRP though o_O
