Why can I no longer upload pictures onto the steam cloud/facebook?

I was having quite a bit of fun uploading my Duke pictures to the cloud and facebook. I am not sure if I did something wrong, or if anyone else is having this problem. I took a couple pictures of the strippers, and used some foul language in some of my posts(just some typical Duke Nukem quotes, really) so did I violate the terms of the message board? I figured not since it allowed me to upload several and always censored the posts for me.
