Can I play the Dos version without using steam?

I wanna put the dos version of Duke on my Flash Drive and I wanna know if I can be able to do this without steam like the dos version of Doom that is on steam?

Yes, the original game is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Duke Nukem 3D\gameroot\classic

Navigate there and copy that folder to your flash drive, you'll need dosbox for it as well of course which is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Duke Nukem 3D\bin\dosbox

Copy the classic folder and then run it with Eduke32 for single player, its much better than using dosbox and the old versions. Works on linux,mac,windows. http://www.eduke32.com
