How find Fox Mulder office's in Duke Files in D.C. dlc?

I read about Fox Mulder office's with poster "I want to belive" in Duke Nukem, but I can't find it. I tried to find it on gameplays on YT, but no results. Could You tell me where I can find It on this level?

You can get to it through the windows, it can be reached as far as I recall from the entrance, jump on a parking indicator then on the left when you face the entrance
