PLEASE HELP! NET Framework error

So this f**king game didn't work when I pressed Play, and I went to the folder to launch .exe file directly. Before it hasn't shown any error message, but when I tried Brothers.exe it showed .NET Framework initialization error, which told that I should have installed v4.0 something. Thing is, I have version 4.5 and can't install this particular version, cause it's obsolete. Any ideas on wtf is this about?

Use the .NET Framework installer from the game's "Redist" folder.

Did it. First it refused to install, then it said that I already have a better version.
