Can't invert left thumbstick!!

I played the game for hours last night with no problem. I had the inverted right thumbstick problem on first launch, but found the post ( http://steamcommunity.com/app/225080/discussions/0/846963710887287809/) explaining how to fix it. I followed the directions in the 7th post and it fixed it.

Today, I am trying to play the game, but the Left thumbstick's Y axis in inverted and will not change.

Any ideas? Thanks!
