How to actually unlock Sanae's second formation?

According to the Japanese AT Wiki, as well as Steam guides, you need to use Sanae's last word 10 times in order to unlock her second formation, Altar of Moriya.

However, I've used it probably around 25 - 30 times now and I still haven't unlocked the formation. Do I have to do anything else to unlock it?

If I remember correctly, it shows up on the board after she reaches level... 20-30. Don't remember exactly. Not sure on the specifics of your playthrough so far (starting character, how far in you are), but if not 20-30, it's a higher level thing or a progression thing. But the Last Words should still count even without it being there yet, you just can't get the reward at this point.

Ah, OK. I saw that requirement on many of the other formations, but the wiki and guide didn't list that for Sanae's so I thought it may have been different.

Sanae is level 16 for me right now. I was grinding out her last word because I was planning on swapping her out for someone else once I got the formation, but I guess she's going to be sticking around for a little while longer it looks like
