Error Did can't load the XAudio 2.9 DLL

When I launch the game, I get an error message that says "Did can't load the XAudio 2.9 DLL". I tried to download the DLL and add it to the main folder of Disgaea 7 but it doesn't fix it. After some googling, I also added the DLL to System32 but no change.

If it helps, I'm on windows 8 and my region locale is setup to French.

Managed to fix it by finding another game that had an issue with it.

I added this DLL recommended above to the main folder, and it worked. Well, it asked me 2 other DLLs but I downloaded and added them, and now I can play.
