No, they only just released a big update for Disgaea 7 in Japan, and there's the new Phantom Brave scheduled for next year too, so I'd be surprised if it comes out next year at all at this point.

They released Ver1.13 and new DLC for Japanese version in NS. Don't know when will release it on PC.

All I know is that it released in Japan a few mouths ago . I think it should be released here in a few more months.
