how do you unlock the land of carnage carnage baal stages? ive done everything i can find, but must be missing something to unlock that area of carnage mode, ive already beat all the 15 stages of carnage and have yet to unlock carnage baal stages

After you beat carnage15 there should be a bill to unlock it

Wow, she has a pretty OP hell mode. Three actions is just enough for that. How did you manage to use 3 hits with normal attack? I presume you have "Crumbling body", but how to do 3? Is it her unique evility?

i cant get the bill to appear even after restarting the game several times and farming all the Baal stages i have access to over 400 times each, i just dont know what im missing to trigger the bill to appear
i do know there has been multiple bills that the game said unlocked but never appeared for me, one i know for sure is the make me an Angel bill, that one never appeared for me
the game does get like 50 updates a day aswell so maybe they screwed up and removed the unlocking ability for the last 4 carnage Baal stages?
