At some point, when you have a ton of extra resources, you can just create a bank character with every single teachable evility on them, and just feed them mana to generate scrolls for your other characters, but that's something for later in the game.
The only limitations on the system is how much Mana you have.
And like 3 evilities can't be turned into scrolls (those evilities are extreme endgame anyways).
Scrolls from the Hospital Gacha are a great source of Mana early. Just use the scroll on someone, then use the Skill Shop to Convert the evility for Mana.
