Item world research squad. Put in many Mr. Gency Exit and let your squad farm for Mr. Gency Exit for you. I know it sound weird to put in Mr. Gency Exit farm Mr. Gency Exit.

Just go clear any 10 round stage or item world. Your crew will be back have some thing for you. Mostly Mr. Gency Exit after ten round.

you get them every 5 levels, do not start off on a high level item, even a low level item will eventually have lvl 50+ enemies on it by stage 10

Item Reincarnating Gency into Gency will add a use. So every ten stages you complete will get you effectively 8 more.
