Are the enemies high enough stats to produce any results from it? I believe it's 0.0001% (1/10000) of the enemy stats become extracts. So if the enemy's stats aren't high enough, you won't get anything from them.

Its working for me, like inviso said its a very SMALL percentage of enemy stats. If you're not in postgame you're likely not going to get anything from it.
