Cutscenes automatically skip

I have this problem for quite some time and it gets really annoying. Most people don't care about cutscenes, but I do. What do I mean by "automatically skip"? Well, in the cutscene in Rennes' Pawnshop, where Lara does that badass jump, the game just goes to the other cutscene, and that skips too, leading me directly to the level. Any help please?

I had the same problem and just solved it by setting 'Frame Rate Compensation' (on the General tab) to 'Active' and selecting 'Fast'. Now all cutscenes are displayed.
