keypad gate code

After I talk to Piere and give him the box I go to the door with the key pad but I can't enter the code, Lara's hands wont move. Has anyone else had this problem and how do you fix it? thanks!

I remember it bugging out on me aswell, just try spamming a few buttons, it should work :p
