In any case, first of all, double check the settings are properly set.
Let me know if this helps:
Go to your GPU tab in the settings window (the first tab that displays your GPU);
In the middle-far-right, make sure to check "VMR9" and then click OK. Try running it then
Ah I thought your response was in reference to something else after I skimmed through and saw the nVidia Inspector link.
"Options: All enabled (VMR9 is the most important)"
The nVidia Inspector is IF the game runs too fast, to limit the framerate from nvidia profile, way better than buggy FrameRate Compensation.

Lara was moving super slow with the settings as below, shouldn´t because I have a new PC but whatever lol thanks for the VMR9 bro, wouldn´t even be able to launch the game without it lol
