Tomb Raider: Chronicles with PS3 controller

Hey guys! I have this weird issue with this game, that I can't use my PS3 controller with that game no matter what I try. Every other TR game works fine by mapping my inputs with joytokey, but for some reason it doesn't do anything in TR5. Game recognizes the controller in game options when I try to map controls from there, but as usual, TR games doesn't recognize D-pad or R2 and L2.

So if anyone knows solution to this issue, I would be thankful!

Edit: There's nothing wrong in the controller, since the only problem is TR5

A few possible solutions:
1. Set in-game options to "keyboard" defaults, not controller.
2. If the game is run in a compatibilty mode, run JoyToKey as "administrator".
3. Disable any other mappers, such as the one built into Steam.
