In the online game you and your adversary can use infinite time to think, so your adversary may stay 10 hours thinking until you give up. In the single player you cannot choose your adversary, it is chosen randomly, but you can give up the fight, so in practice you can choose your opponent, you just need to start a game, then give up, start again and give up, until you find the opponent you want to defeat. This is boring, it would be better if you could choose the opponent straight. In my opinion the online version of the game is 0/10 and the single player is 8/10.

Can't use all game features as it says I need to pay for the game first... which I did already... wtf?

EDIT: Turns out you have to write your CD key (even if bought digitally...) and type it in manually two different places in the game to unlock all features. The step where you type it in to gain access to the deck editor does not work any longer, so the game is stuck being essentially the shareware version... Steam should take this game down tbh

SCAM

I just purchased the full game and DLCs yet nothing is unlocked and there is an area on the main screen to help me purchase the entire game again.

*It will not allow me to customize decks (because it says I did not purchase the game)
*It will not allow me to access 16 heroes or the main campaigns to even play

Developers keep claiming on other reviews that "they are working on it". How are you working on it when you are accepting our money now?

Requesting a refund and will not return even if fixed. Wow, you messed this up badly.

Absolutely excellent game!
... but horrible DRM.
If their server ever goes down you won't be able to reinstall it.
Possibly abandoned, since the dev said a year ago that they would remove the DRM and haven't.
It pains me to give such a good game, a bad review, but people need to know about the DRM.

Bought the game some time back. Picked it up again recently and realized I wasn't getting the full game because I had not unlocked it using the supplied code. However, activation website no longer responds. So, full game is locked and there's no way to unlock it, despite having paid for it.

Apparently their assurances that DRM is removed is bunk.

Buyer beware.

Since it has a demo, I'll let you figure out for yourself if you like it or not. The base game is just more of the same. This game is about insane levels of RNG. It's basically a casino. I bought it during the Summer Sale (30% off) because the demo said you could unlock custom decks, which theoretically would let you at least reduce RNG if not eliminate it altogether. However, that requires a DLC and when I got that the code didn't work. Anyway, I gave up.
