Tomb raider 4 cheats not working

i did it last time and it worked but it isn't working now since i reinstalled

Are you sure you're doing them correctly? Here are the cheats:

1.
You need to be facing north PERFECTLY. The easiest way to do so is to look where north is, and then hang from a ledge or climb it and you'll be aligned perfectly. To check if you are aligned north, check the compass and make sure the red arrow is facing north and that it's transparent. If it's not, you are not aligned properly.

2.
After you are aligned properly, go to the menu and you can use the following cheats:

All weapons & unlimited ammo/medpacks/flares: Highlight the small medpack, then press and hold G-U-N-S

Skip level: Highlight "load game", then press and hold H-E-L-P and exit the menu. (However, I DO NOT recommend using this cheat, as it will break the game. If you use this cheat before or during City of the Dead, as soon as you finish or skip City of the Dead in the future, your game will crash and you'll have to start a new game if you'll want to get into the next level (Chambers of Tulun)).

There's also apparently an unlimited items cheat. I own multiple versions of the game, one of them being an original v1.0 on a DVD and this cheat has never worked for me, but if you want to try it, then do the following: Highlight the large medpack, then press and hold W-E-A-P-O-N-S.

*Another thing to note is that once you activate the G-U-N-S cheat in Cambodia (where you play as young Lara), you will not be able to activate it again later. So if you did activate it then, you will get unlimited ammo, flares and medpacks, but not weapons. You will either have to find them, use a save editor to give them to yourself, or start over and activate the cheat in Tomb of Seth.
