Random Crashing

As the title says, does anyone else experience this? i'll be playing the game, and sometimes i can go a couple hours and no problems, other times i'll play the game for 15 minutes and it crashes.

after the game has started, hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and bring up Task Manager, right click on the game and click "go to details" then once you have it in details, right click "set affinity" after that click "all processors" then put a check mark on only one CPU, hit ok, return to the game

I have had all of the problems. V Sync helps with the phase freeze up and I figured out that with the game not starting, that ensuring that the "Read Only" box in the folder properties are un ticked.
