directx 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf

i've tried every way possible to run this game on lowest res i had 800x600. downloading patch from lost world web. running the game on compatibilty pack mixture of all of it and when i found a directx 6 i could download, it said i need system type 32 bit witch i'm sure there has got to be a way to do this without switching my comp to 32 bit. if there is even away to do that witch i couldn't find any one have any good solution for this? and steam get it together please there has got to be a way for you too fix this!

Hm that is weird, I have 64bit system and it installed just fine (gog version). I think the game offers to install dx 6 in its installation process, have you tried that?

it does'nt ask that i'm aware of and i've downloaded it twice.

nope and when i try and download it off any web page it will not let me and the one time i could do it it said my system type needed to be 32 bit and i couldn't figure that out.

If you haven't already fixed it, try going into your local files for Soul Reaver and deleting a file with a name like "atig.dll" It should let you play the game without directx.

THIS WORKS not quite the right file name but theres only on .dll that starts with a delete that and your in
