Frozen in Rahab's Room

I went through the entire Drowned Abbey, and broke all the windows in Rahab's room to defeat him. But the cutscene with him burning just won't start. I can't do anything. So I restarted the game and did basically ALL of Drowned Abbey again (ugh) and now the cutscene where Raziel first talks to Rahab won't start. It just turns the camera around like it's going to begin, then freezes. Everybody in the room is still moving, but the game won't progress, pause, play the cutscene, etc. Restarted my whole computer, tried two more times, same thing.

Is there a way to fix this? I can't find anything on this anywhere on the Internet. And I'm freaking sick of doing all that stupid jumping around in the Abbey to get to Rahab.
