How to open the first door?

I can not open the first door.
Do I have to phase, how?
Can I just open the door with a key? Which one? It is not action, nor forward or grapple, neither jump nor crouch or whatever you can configure in the setup. How do I open the first small wodden door?

It's just action button. You have to be close enough to it and facing it.

It was just not working. I could not open that door. I stopped playing the game :(

Was it a small wooden door ? You have to be in physical realm and use regular attack ( find pink skull on the ground if you still see all green) The detection is a bit of so you have to jiggle next to the door a bit .
