Cause we all know they would just get the usual celebrities to get attention (looks at the new Mario movie)
I would also really love this. The same exact game, music, voices and everything, but updated with 2021 graphics.
It talks about Marvel stuff, but also seems to suggest that Nixxes was in charge of a Soul Reaver remaster or remake, but it may have gotten canceled when Sony bought Nixxes. It's still unconfirmed one way or another though.
If they did something like Halo Anniversary by graphically overlaying a second copy of the game with new models and textures, that'd be sick, but I'd be wary of them respecting the original vision. A full remake would have me even more worried, esp. with some of the series' actors dead and others elderly.
The video game market has reached its peak and has become vast, vampire games do not do well, like zombie games with limited story depth. The story is what sold this game from the beginning. The story writing and content with-in an open world with RPG elements mixing other types of story telling and worlds can sell a game in the market, like this by bringing more audiences other than people who like freedom and liner type of games that are like phase type of movies and comics written into games, when playing as more than one character and going through different time periods of when and what made a protagonist become a villain or a hero. The story telling in movies that brings people in with a chapter based end dialogue or time period of writing from the start to end or in between and the what if moments or loosely written story ends, will bring people who like well written literature of history based twisted creatures with biblical context, can make an older game have a life again in the market, if anyone with enough money wants to invest in too a new game or a group of people. The community can buy stocks and then work their way up to owning shares in the company that owns the rights, to try and get a future project planned, so they can do something good with this intellectual property.
I fail to understand how is this logic. It does not make sense.
Why wouldn't they sell the previous version, and just update instead of removing the game.
And why would they remove the game from gog and Steam for 6 months for one tiny update.
Where do you get your info, if it is ok to ask?
Tnx for reply.
I was really hoping for remaster. :(
