How do you use warp gates?

I must be dumb.

I know the game saves progress but you always start in the first chamber.

So Warp Gates are kind of essential to, you know, not running through the whole game every time you want to play.

But I can't figure out how to use them.

I'm 100% certain I've activated at least 2 or 3 of them, and I remembered the symbols. I select the symbol, go through the gate and nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind, I'm a debil. You have to just walk forward WHILE the selection menu is still open. I selected the symbol, went out of the menu, then went through.

You´re not debil :D glad you figured it out! Beta version had a free walk in and out, that was a bit cooler.

You're not a debil. This stuff is still complicated in 2025, hard to even find a guide.

I did manage to find a cheatsheet with the symbols, can never remember which one is which.
