Missing install file

Hey devs, which file am I missing? Keeps giving me a missing install file. I found out what's missing. It's the trainlaunch.bat

Hi, we are using this file to launch some windows libraries before launching the game, because without this, the game is not launching on intel 10th gen processors and newer. You can try verify your game files to download this file. If it's not helping maybe your antivirus is deleting it.

I've tried doing that, and yes it's being deleted. Hopefully the full game won't have this much trouble
